Tiber Creek is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator / Developer for a contingent position in support of an agile software development team on a project for the US Army. The successful candidate has a history of accomplishing software requirements by developing and maintaining applications and databases. You will serve as a SharePoint Developer, evaluating, designing, and developing applications using SharePoint Online Designer, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Microsoft.NET Framework solutions using JavaScript and HTML as changes occur to the systems. Your skills and understanding of SharePoint including Power Automate, Power BI Windows, Workflow Foundation, InfoPath, Form services, and MS Rights Management to solve technical and business problems make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Job Type:Full Time
Education:BS/BA degree; CompTIA Security+ CE certification(s) to qualify for IAT Level II in accord with DoD 8570.01-M. SharePoint Online and SharePoint certification(s) are preferred.
Experience:5+ years of related work experience in SharePoint development, preferably with DoD.
Clearance:DoD Secret clearance required to be considered for this position.
Related Experience Should Include:
  • Proficient in MS SharePoint and SharePoint Designer maintaining systems in SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online and data base administration.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS; Rest API Query calls within SharePoint; building analytic/business intelligence dashboards with Power Apps and Power BI; QL.
  • Out-of-the box and custom SharePoint development to cater to large volume of documents and activities.
  • Creating and managing Web Applications.
  • Creating and migrating Site Collections; Managed Metadata; Site Columns; Content Types; and, custom Security driven lists/libraries.
  • Experienced with .NET, Microsoft SQL Server VM Ware, Windows Server 2012.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, research and analytical skills.
  • DoD RMF process experience is a plus.
Job Duties:
  • Serve as a SharePoint Developer evaluating, designing, and developing applications using SharePoint Online Designer, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Microsoft.NET Framework solutions using JavaScript and HTML.
  • Utilize an in-depth understanding of SharePoint, including Power Automate, Power BI Windows, Workflow Foundation, InfoPath, and Form services, and MS Rights Management.
  • Design and implement technologies to promote knowledge management and collaboration using SharePoint.
  • Develop storage platforms, indexing strategies and user interfaces for knowledge assets as needed.
  • Capture and categorize business information and workflows. Communicate with stakeholders, and implement business processes.
  • Conduct SharePoint development, administration and migration from Microsoft SharePoint 2016 version to Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.
  • Create, update, and maintain Federal agency websites (SharePoint sites) and platforms in accord with agency regulations and Federal law (e.g., OMB Circular No. A-130, OMB Memorandum M-17-06).
  • Successfully transition the current SharePoint to Microsoft 365 system, to meet all US Army and DOD requirements.
  • Maintain connectivity and functionality of SQL Server, MS SharePoint, Visual Studio, ASP NET MVC, VMware and Data Dynamics Active Reports.
  • Utilize, configure, and maintain SharePoint, in order to track strategic actions and manage business workflow operations and seek input from users for upgrades and additional functionality; research new tools to assist in meeting user needs.
  • Available evenings and weekends for emergency response and troubleshooting support.
